Consultation Fee and Method of Payment
The consultation fee is $150.00 and can be paid by cash, money order, or PayPal. If you are interested in scheduling a time to speak with Attorney Tunitsky, simply fill out the Contact Information Form above. In the alternative, you can also pay the consultation fee through the PayPal link below. You will receive further instructions once we receive your Form and/or confirmation of payment.

Other Important Information
In the initial consultation, Attorney Tunitsky will assess your case, discuss what the representation could involve, and explain the legal and administrative fees. The consultation does not ensure that Attorney Tunitsky will accept the case. If you are interested in retaining the Law Office to represent you and Attorney Tunitsky agrees to take your case, the Law Office will send you a Legal Services Agreement discussing the scope of the representation. The attorney-client relationship will begin upon the Law Office's receipt of the signed Legal Services Agreement and the payment of fees.
If you choose to retain Attorney Tunitsky to represent you within 30 days of your consultation, the $150.00 consultation fee will be credited towards your legal fees.
